Do you have a minimum spend?
Yes, our minimum spend is $1,500 (Mon-Thurs) & $2,000 (Fri-Sun).
What are your delivery fees?
Minimum spend per delivery is $750 (Mon-Thurs) & $1,000 (Fri-Sun) including our delivery fees of $66 for the Sunshine Coast LGA, $77 for the Moreton Bay LGA, $88 for the Noosa LGA & $99 for North Brisbane (north of the Brisbane River) & beyond the Hinterland Ranges.
Do you deliver hot food?
Unfortunately, at this point in time, all of our deliveries are transported cool and presented room temperature for your guests to enjoy. We recommend taking your catering boxes out and removing the lids 20-30min prior to consumption for the best texture and flavour of your menu choices.
Can you provide hire items?
Yes, we can! Sunny Rays has their own in-house supply of party items available for hire. Head over to our ‘Hire Items’ Page for more info and pricing.
Do you deliver drinks?
Yes, we do! Please submit in your enquiry what non-alcoholic cold drinks you would like delivered. Due to our liquor licensing restrictions, we are not able to deliver alcoholic beverages.
How far do you deliver to?
Generally, we deliver to any location north of the Brisbane River to Noosa ad out to the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. Should you have a further location, let us know in your enquiry, and we will see what we can do!
What is your cancellation / refund policy?
Our cancellation policy is outlined in our contract, which we will provide upon booking our services. Generally, we require a notice period for cancellations, and any deposits or payments made may be subject to forfeiture based on the timing of the cancellation.
